摘要
我国西南部存在大量高海拔地区,输电线路工程建设中高海拔地区低温、低压等恶劣气候条件严重影响施工用牵引设备的性能。为了提高输电线路施工用动力设备的安全性与经济性,于海拔(3000~5000)m的高原地区针对牵引机、机动绞磨两种输电线路施工常用牵引设备开展了性能试验研究。试验海拔5000m时牵引机、机动绞磨输出功率分别下降19.12%、35.11%,油耗分别升高29.20%、89.27%。施工单位高海拔地区施工用牵引设备可参照项目研究成果给出的牵引设备性能-海拔曲线进行选型。
There are a large number of high-altitude areas in the southwest of China.Severe weather conditions in the high-alti⁃tude areas of transmission line construction seriously affect the performance of traction equipment for construction.In order to im⁃prove the safety and economy of power equipment used for power transmission line construction,the performance test was carried out for two commonly used traction equipment,the puller and powered winch,in the plateau area of(3000~5000)m above sea level.At an altitude of 5000m,the output power of the the puller and powered winch decreased by 19.12%and 35.11%,respec⁃tively,and the fuel consumption increased by 29.20%and 89.27%.Traction equipment used for construction in high-altitude ar⁃ea of construction unit can be selected according to the performance-altitude curve of traction equipment given in it.
