装配关系矩阵的分层表达与求解 被引量:2

摘要 针对复杂产品先部装后总装的装配组织形式,对具有层次关系的装配关系矩阵模型的直接生成与自动获取进行了研究。根据产品的层次结构信息给出了装配关系矩阵的分层表达方法,依据两待检测零部件间存在的连接关系数,以及存在连接关系的两零件的父级关系,实现了子装配体内部连接关系的“过滤”;通过由外至内逐层遍历模型树,以及子装配体内部连接关系的“过滤”方法,能够将产品中子装配体处理为独立的“零件”获取产品的外层装配关系矩阵,并且可以求解出产品中各子装配体的装配关系矩阵,实现装配关系矩阵的分层求解;利用CATIA V5 Automation技术实现了层次性装配关系矩阵的自动获取,提取出了MBD装配信息模型中的装配关系信息与层次结构信息,使装配关系矩阵模型的信息表达更加完备。 The direct generation and automatic acquisition of an assembly relationship matrix model with hierarchical relation are studied for complex products with an assembly organization form that installing the components firstly,and then assembling the components.Giving the hierarchical expression method of the assembly relationship matrix according to the hierarchical struc ture information of the product.According to the number of connections relationships between the parts and parts to be detected,and the parent relationship of the two parts with connection relationship,th“efiltering”of the internal connection relationship of the subassembly is implemented.Ability to process the subassembly in the product as a separat“epart”to obtain the outer assembly relationship matrix of the product firstly,and the assembly relationship matrix of each subassembly in the product can be solved,and the hierarchical solution of the assembly relationship matrix is realized by traversing the model tree layer by layer from out side to inside and th“efiltering”method of the internal connection relationship of the subassembly.The automatic acquisition of hi erarchical assembly relationship matrix is realized by CATIA V5 automation technology,and assembly relationship information and hierarchical structure information in the assembly information model of MBD are extracted,which can make the information expression of the assembly relationship matrix model more complete.
