摘要
特发性肺纤维化(IPF)是一种以肺间质纤维化和肺功能进行性丧失为特征的间质性肺病,预后不良,病因不明。代谢组学是对生命系统中独特生物分子的测量和关于代谢途径的研究,为IPF发病机制的研究、生物标志物的筛选及药物作用靶点的发现提供了新的研究工具。本文综述了代谢组学技术在IPF发病机制、生物标志物及治疗靶点研究中的最新进展。
Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)is a kind of interstitial lung disease featured with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis and progressive loss of lung function.It is associated with a poor prognosis and unknown cause.Metabolomics is the measurement of unique biomolecules in a living system and the study of metabolic pathways.It provides a new research tool for the investigation of IPF pathogenesis,screening of biomarkers and discovery of drug targets.This paper reviews the latest progress of metabolomics in the pathogenesis,biomarkers and therapeutic targets of IPF.
