土耳其正发党长期执政原因探析

正义与发展党在政治复杂的土耳其政坛屹立不倒,至今执政近20年。作为历史上第一个单独组阁的伊斯兰政党,在一个世俗化国家实属罕见,堪比第二个土耳其"民主党"。(1)而正发党领导人埃尔多安(2)连续执掌权力中枢,土耳其实现国家经济高速发展、社会安稳、人民收入水平持续提高,这在现代土耳其共和国发展史上是不同寻常的。本文从多领域全方位深度剖析正发党意识形态体系、土耳其政治社会政策发展情况、民主化体制建设情况以及国家外部环境,探究正发党长期执政的原因。

Standing firm in the politically complex Turkish political arena,the AKP has been in power for 18 long years.As the first Islamic party to form a separate cabinet in history,it is rare in a secularized country,which makes it comparable to the second Turkish“Democratic Party”.The leader of the AKP,Erdogan,has stayed at the center of power continuously to achieve rapid economic development,social stability,and steady improvement in people’s income levels,which is also unusual in the development history of the modern Republic of Turkey.This paper makes a comprehensive and multi-perspective analysis of the ideological system of the AKP,the development of Turkish political and social policies,the construction of the democratic system,and the external environment of the country,so as to explore the reasons for the AKP’s long-term governance.
