辽宁地区扁舌蛭在林蛙体外的寄生情况及仲丁威对其急性毒性效应探究

摘要 为了解辽宁地区扁舌蛭在林蛙体外的寄生情况并探究仲丁威对扁舌蛭的急性毒性效应,试验选取辽宁省3个林蛙养殖场作为采样站,通过镜检观察养殖林蛙体外寄生蛭的特征进行物种鉴定,并统计其寄生情况;采用仲丁威对扁舌蛭进行急性毒性效应试验,绘制扁舌蛭在仲丁威处理下的生存曲线,采用SPSS 21.0软件中的Logit模型计算不同时间处理下仲丁威对扁舌蛭的半数致死浓度。结果表明:辽宁地区的扁舌蛭体色多为浅黄色或浅褐色,体长普遍较短;3个采样站的林蛙平均被寄生率高达3.6%,且多为单寄生,黑龙江林蛙和东北林蛙体外扁舌蛭的寄生率分别为4.2%和2.6%;在仲丁威对扁舌蛭的急性毒性效应试验中,在相同处理时间下,扁舌蛭存活率随着仲丁威浓度增加而降低,在处理时间为24,48,72,96 h时仲丁威对扁舌蛭的半数致死浓度分别为1.34,1.38,1.08,0.63 mg/L。说明扁舌蛭对仲丁威较为敏感,可采用仲丁威作为林蛙养殖时扁舌蛭的有效消杀试剂。 In order to understand the parasitism of Glossiphonia complanata in Rana in vitro and to explore the acute toxic effect of Fenobucarb on Glossiphonia complanata, three Glossiphonia complanata farms in Liaoning region were selected as sampling stations to observe the characteristics of parasitic Glossiphonia complanata in Rana in vitro for identifying the species and counting the parasitism of Glossiphonia complanata.Toxicity tests were carried out to determine the survival curve of the Glossiphonia complanata treated with Fenobucarb. Logit model in SPSS 21.0 software was used to calculate the 50% lethal concentration of Fenobucarb to Glossiphonia complanata treated with different time.The results showed that the body color of the Glossiphonia complanata in Liaoning region was mostly light yellow or light brown, and the body length was generally short.The average parasitism rate of Rana in three sampling stations was as high as 3.6% and most of them were monoparasitic. The parasitism rates of Rana amurensis and Rana dybowskii in vitro were 4.2% and 2.6%,respectively.In the acute toxicity test of Fenobucarb on the Glossiphonia complanata, the survival rate of the Glossiphonia complanata decreased with the increase of Fenobucarb concentration under the same treatment time. The 50% lethal concentration of Fenobucarb on the Glossiphonia complanata at 24, 48,72 and 96 h were 1.34, 1.38, 1.08 and 0.63 mg/L, respectively.The results indicated that the Glossiphonia complanata was more sensitive to Fenobucarb, and Fenobucarb could be used as an effective disinfecting reagent for the Glossiphonia complanata in Rana culture.
