现代财经人才通识素质培养目标与路径

Thinking on the General Quality Training Goal and Path of Modern Financial and Economic Talents

现代社会经济管理日益网络智能化、产权法律化、经贸国际化和分析深度化的发展趋势,对财经人才的通识能力提出了更高的要求。但财经院校人才培养中通识素养的缺失、实践能力不足、创新能力培养不够,使现行财经人才培养模式难以满足社会需要,有必要对财经人才通识素养教育从专业跨学科整合、课程体系优化、主辅修知识结构优化三个方面进行改革和完善。

Due to the development trend of modern social economic management,such as network intellectualization,property right legalization,economy and trade internationalization,and analysis deepening,it puts forward higher requirements for the general knowledge ability of financial and economic talent.However the current training mode cannot provide sufficient cultivation of general knowledge,practical ability and innovation ability which makes it difficult for to meet the social needs.Thus,it is necessary to reform and perfect the education mode of general literacy from the integration of interdisciplinary,optimization of curriculum system and optimization of knowledge structure of major and minor subjects.
