A Study on the Challenges and Countermeasures of the Crisis Management of College Student Affairs in the New Era

新时期学生管理工作面临新的挑战,危机管理作为高校学生工作的重要一环,直接影响高校正常的办学秩序和社会声誉。当前高校学生工作存在应急处理机制陈旧,应急预案不足、危机重视程度不高等问题,通过设立专门的应急管理机构、提高学生工作基层人员的应急处突能力、加强学生危机教育、强化意见领袖的引导作用等,探讨相应的对策,维护校园稳定和谐。

The management of students in the new era is facing new challenges.As an important part of student work,crisis management of university student affairs directly affects the normal order of universities.By analyzing the existing problems of college student affairs crisis such as dated emergency response mechanism,lack of emergency plan,insufficient degree of recognition and so on,the paper explores the corresponding countermeasures such as setting up a special emergency management agency,improving the emergency response ability of the primary-level staffs,strengthening the crisis education of students,intensifying the guidance of opinion leader and so on to maintain the stability of the campus.
