摘要
采用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)作为分散剂,通过机械混合的方法制备了分散均匀稳定的石墨烯/炭黑复合导电浆料(GJ/SP)。相比于炭黑导电浆料(SP)和石墨烯导电浆料(GJ),GJ/SP复合导电浆料作为导电剂应用到超级电容器电极中表现出较优的电化学性能。在1 A/g充放电电流密度下比容量达到220.7 F/g,在20 A/g高电流密度下保持较高的容量保持率(88.4%)。此外,炭黑在石墨烯片层上均匀分散可有效阻碍石墨烯片层的团聚作用,从而增加复合导电浆料的储存稳定性。
The uniform and stable graphene/carbon black composite conductive slurry(GJ/SP)was prepared by mechanical mixing with polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)as dispersant.Compared with carbon black conductive slurry(SP)and graphene conductive slurry(GJ),GJ/SP conductive slurry exhibits batter electrochemical performance when was applied to supercapacitor electrode as conductive agent:the specific capacitance is 220.7 F/g at the current density of 1 A/g,and maintains a high capacitance retention rate of 88.4%when the current density increased to 20 A/g.In addition,the uniform dispersion of carbon black on the graphene sheet can effectively prevent the agglomeration of graphene,thus increase the storage stability of the composite conductive slurry.
