当前环保形势下炭素企业沥青烟气治理技术的应用

Application of pitch fume treatment technology in carbon product manufacturing enterprise under current environmental protection situation

针对目前国内炭制品企业沥青烟治理的难点问题,从炭素行业分布、工艺生产特点、沥青烟的危害性、环保排放要求和各个工段产生含沥青的烟气的特性等多方面分析,系统分析了当前各生产工段沥青烟净化技术的使用现状和存在的问题,并对炭制品企业沥青烟治理技术今后的选择和发展方向进行展望。

Aimed at the problems of pitch fume treatment in carbon product manufacturing plant,in this paper,the current situation and existing problems of flue gas purification technology in each process section are systematically analyzed from the view points of the distribution of carbon industry,the characteristics of carbon process,the harmfulness of pitch fume,the environmental protection emission standard and the characteristics of pitch fume in each section.Finally,the future selection and development direction of flue gas purification technology in carbon products manufacturing plant are pointed out.
