摘要
炭阳极焙烧过程烟气中会产生NOx、SO_(2)以及焦油、VOCs等有毒有害物质,为了满足环保要求,阳极焙烧炉上应用了干法脱硝+蓄热式废气处理炉(RTO)+NID-FF新型一体化脱硫除尘系统,对焙烧过程烟气产生的NOx、SO_(2)、烟尘、焦油、VOCs等污染物脱除处理,从根本上解决了焙烧烟气多种污染物难以协同治理的难题。特别是焙烧炉使用蓄热式废气处理炉后,焙烧过程产生的废气中的焦油和VOCs得到有效治理,焦油、VOCs去除率>98%,满足GB 16297—1996《大气污染物综合排放标准》要求。
In the process of carbon anode baking,NOx,SO2,tar,VOCs and other harmful substances are produced.In order to meet the requirements of environmental protection,a new integrated desulfurization and dust removal system of dry denitrification+regenerative exhaust gas treatment furnace(ROT)+NID-FF is applied.The problem which is difficult to co-treat various pollutants in baking flue gas such as NOx,SO_(2),soot,tar and VOCs is fundamentally solved.The results show that after using regenerative waste gas treatment furnace in the roasting furnace,the removal rate of VOCs and the tar in baking flue gas is more than 98%,which meets the requirements of GB16297-1996"Comprehensive Air Pollutant Emission-Standard".
