摘要
基于计算流体力学和对流传热优化的场协同原则,以某YBXKK系列的管式冷却防爆电机为例,提出了一种适应于生产设计中方案优选的综合判定准则,利用该方法选取得到方案,理论和实际紧密联系,服务于新产品研发设计。这对高功率密度管式防爆电机冷却系统设计和优化具有参考价值。
Based on the field coordination principle of computational fluid dynamics and convection heat transfer optimization,the overall structure of a YBXKK series tubular cooling explosion proof motor was improved.It proposed a suitable evaluation criterion.This has a reference value to the design and optimization of high power density tubular explosion proof motor cooling system.
