摘要
为研究不同硒鼓墨粉的爆炸特性,通过对六种不同墨粉进行最大爆炸压力及最大压力上升速率、爆炸下限及最小点火能量等测试,判断墨粉的爆炸敏感性和猛烈程度。结果表明:不同颜色、组成成分相同的墨粉的爆炸参数相近;相同颜色、不同成分的墨粉的爆炸参数存在差异;多种墨粉混合后的爆炸参数位于各墨粉参数之间,不存在混合后爆炸加强或减弱的现象。墨粉的各爆炸参数与石松子相近,属于易发生粉尘爆炸的危险物质,应采取控制墨粉数量、点火源、降低助燃剂浓度、加强员工培训等措施来减少墨粉粉尘爆炸的可能性和后果严重度。
Six kinds of toner cartridges were tested in order to study the explosion characteristics of different toner cartridges.Determining the explosion sensitivity and severity of toner cartridges though the test of maximum explosion pressure,maximum pressure rise rate,lower explosion limit and minimum ignition energy.The results show that:the explosion parameters of toners with different colors and the same composition are similar;The explosion parameters of toner with the same color and different composition are different;The explosion parameters of mixed toner are between the each toner,and there are no signs of explosion strengthening or weakening after mixing.The explosion parameters of toner are similar to lycopodium.And it is a flammable substance prone to dust explosion.Measures should be taken to reduce the possibility and severity of toner dust explosion,such as controlling the amount,ignition source,reducing the concentration of combustion supporting agent,and strengthening staff training.dust explosions.
