脑卒中吞咽障碍患者应用两种管饲法预防并发吸入性肺炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of two Kinds of Tube Feeding Methods for Prevention of Concurrent Aspiration Pneumonia in Stroke Patients with Dysphagia

目的探讨两种鼻饲法用于脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中的临床效果。方法通过双盲法分组标准将本院2018年2月至2019年7月接收的60例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者分为两组,对照组(n=30)给予鼻胃管留置,试验组(n=30)给予鼻肠管留置。对比两组并发症发生率和营养状况。结果置管后,试验组并发症总发生率低于对照组,有统计学意义(χ2=6.6667,P<0.05);两组置管前营养指标接近,但在置管后,试验组营养指标均明显优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将鼻肠管管饲方法应用在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中可行性高,既能有效降低并发症发生率,又可充分保证营养摄入,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of two nasal feeding methods in patients with dysphagia due to stroke.Methods Sixty patients with stroke dysphagia received from February 2018 to July 2019 in our hospital were divided into two groups by the double-blind grouping criteria.The control group(n=30)was given nasogastric tube indwelling,the experimental group(n=30)the nasointestinal tube is indwelled.The incidence of complications and nutritional status were compared between the two groups.Results After catheterization,the total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,which was statistically significant(χ2=6.6667,P<0.05).The nutritional indicators before the catheterization were similar in the two groups,but after the catheterization,the experimental group nutrition the indexes were significantly better than the control group which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of naso-intestinal tube feeding method is feasible in patients with dysphagia due to stroke,which can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and fully guarantee the nutritional intake,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
