视网膜激光光凝术治疗各种眼底病的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Retinal Laser Photocoagulation in the Treatment of Various Fundus Diseases

目的评价视网膜激光光凝术治疗眼底病的临床疗效,为眼底病临床治疗工作提供参考。方法选择我院2017年9月至2019年9月收治的眼底病患者94例。采取随机数字表法进行眼底病患者分组治疗,对照组47例眼底病患者采取羟苯磺酸钙胶囊与血塞通等药物治疗,试验组47例眼底病患者采取视网膜激光光凝术治疗。对比对照组与试验组眼底病患者组间治疗效果、不良反应情况以及视网膜厚度、视力恢复状况差异。结果与对照组眼底病患者对比,试验组眼底病患者治疗后总有效率更高,不良反应更少,治疗后视网膜厚度与视力状况恢复更佳,P<0.05。结论视网膜激光光凝术治疗眼底病疗效好,患者视力改善明显,且患者安全性得到了保证,是眼底病治疗的一种优选手术方式。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of retinal laser photocoagulation in the treatment of fundus diseases,and to provide reference for the clinical treatment of fundus diseases.Methods Ninety-four patients with fundus diseases admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected.Forty-seven patients in the control group were treated with calcium dobesilate capsules and Xuesaitong,and 47 patients in the experimental group were treated with retinal laser photocoagulation.The therapeutic effect,adverse reactions,retinal thickness and visual acuity recovery between the control group and the experimental group were compared.Result Compared with the control group,the total effective rate was higher,adverse reactions were fewer,retinal thickness and visual acuity were better after treatment in the experimental group,P<0.05.Conclusion Retinal laser photocoagulation is an effective and safe treatment for fundus diseases,which deserves further clinical study and discussion.
