分娩球与自由体位助产在初产妇分娩过程中的应用效果

Effect of Delivery Ball and Free Position Midwifery in Primipara

目的探讨初产妇分娩过程中应用分娩球与自由体位助产取得的效果。方法选取2018年9月至2019年9月我院接诊的100例初产妇,利用抛硬币的方法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组产妇在常规助产护理下进行分娩,观察组产妇则利用分娩球与自由体位分娩。对比两组产妇的分娩情况。结果观察组产妇阴道分娩率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产妇控制感评分高于对照组,负性情绪评分与并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产妇第一产程、第二产程、第三产程以及总产程时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论初产妇在分娩时应用分娩球与自由体位助产有利于分娩控制,确保分娩的顺利实施,同时还可缩短产程,预防产妇负性情绪的产生,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the effect of delivery ball and free position midwifery in the delivery of primipara.Methods A total of 100 primiparous women received in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group using a coin toss method,with 50 cases in each group.The women in the control group gave birth under routine midwifery care,and the women in the observation group gave birth with the delivery ball and free position.Compare the delivery conditions of the two groups of women.Results The vaginal delivery rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group's maternal sense of control score was higher than that of the control group,and the negative emotion score and the incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The first stage of labor,second stage of labor,third stage of labor and total stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of delivery balls and free-position assisted delivery for primipara during delivery is beneficial to delivery control,ensuring the smooth implementation of delivery,and at the same time shortening the delivery process,preventing the generation of negative emotions of the women,and reducing the occurrence of complications.
