摘要
目的探究改良液基薄层细胞学检查(TCT)技术在妇科健康体检者筛查宫颈疾病中的应用价值。方法将前来我院完成妇科健康体检者作为本次研究对象,体检者入院完成妇科健康检查的日期为2018年2月至2019年6月,随机选取550名体检者,全部研究对象均行TCT,且系统分类依据为TBS,TCT结果为阳性患者需进一步完成病理检验,分析检验结果。结果TCT阳性检出率为15.45%(85/550),分别为36例ASCUS、5例ASCH、22例LSIL、17例HSIL和5例SCC患者;TCT与组织病理学ASCUS、ASCH、LSIL、HSIL、SCC诊断符合率分别为40.63%、75.00%、72.22%、92.86%、100.00%;20~29岁、30~39岁、40~49岁、50岁及以上CIN检出率为17.65%、31.82%、29.29%、2.34%。结论妇科健康体检者经TCT可提高宫颈癌的筛查率,可及时发现宫颈癌前病变和宫颈癌,尤其是改良TCT标本采集技术可以提高检出率,有效降低宫颈癌的发生率和病死率。
Objective Exploring the application value of modified thin-prep cytology test(TCT)of screening cervical diseases in gynecological health examination.Methods The subjects who came to our hospital to complete gynecological health examination were selected as the main body of this study.The date of admission of physical examinees was February 2018 to June 2019,and randomly selected the 550 physical examinees.All patients underwent TCT,and the system classification basis was TBS.If the TCT test results were positive,the pathological examination should be further completed and the test results were analyzed.Results The respectively positive rate of TCT was 15.45%(85/550);The respectively specific cases of ASCUS,ASCH,LSIL,HSIL and SCC were 36 cases,5 cases,22 cases,17 cases and 5 cases;the diagnostic coincidence rate of TCT with ASCUS,ASCH,LSIL,HSIL and SCC was 40.63%,75.00%,72.22%,92.86%and 100.00%;the respectively detection rate of CIN in 20-29 years old,30-39 years old,40-49 years old and over 50 years old and above was 17.65%,31.82%,29.29%and 2.34%.Conclusion TCT can improve the screening rate of cervical cancer,detect cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer in time,in particular,improved TCT specimen collection techniques can improve the detection rate,and effectively reduce the incidence and mortality of cervical cancer.
