护理干预对神经外科患者术后并发症控制的影响分析

Influence of Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Complications Control of Neurosurgery patients

目的分析护理干预对神经外科患者术后并发症控制的影响。方法选择在我院2018年2月至2019年2月接受神经外科手术治疗的86例患者,根据患者入院时间的不同将其分为两组,给予护理干预的43例患者为干预组,给予一般护理服务的43例患者为参照组,对比分析两组患者术后并发症控制、护理满意度以及入院时和出院时的GCS评分、Karnofsky评分差异。结果在出院时GCS评分、Karnofsky评分以及各种并发症发生率、护理满意度的比较上,干预组患者与参照组患者存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论在为神经外科手术患者实施护理服务的过程中运用护理干预可以改善其GCS评分、Karnofsky评分等相关指标,减少术后感染、术后出血、排痰困难、低氧血症、误吸、压疮、下肢深静脉栓塞等并发症的发生,患者护理满意度相对较高。

Objective To analyze the influence of nursing intervention on the control of postoperative complications in neurosurgery patients.Methods Eighty-six patients who underwent neurosurgery treatment in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the time of admission to the hospital.43 patients who were given nursing intervention were the intervention group.Forty-three patients who were given general nursing services were the reference group.The two groups of patients were compared and analyzed for postoperative complications,nursing satisfaction,GCS score and Karnofsky score difference between admission and discharge.Results In the comparison of GCS score,Karnofsky score,various complications,and nursing satisfaction at discharge,there was a significant difference between the intervention group and the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of nursing intervention in the process of implementing nursing services for neurosurgery patients can improve their GCS score,Karnofsky score and other related indicators,and reduce postoperative infection,postoperative bleeding,sputum difficulty,hypoxemia,aspiration,and aspiration.Complications such as pressure ulcers and deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities are relatively high in patient care satisfaction.
