人文关怀护理模式在直肠癌结肠造瘘口围手术期患者中的应用

Application of Humanistic Care Mode in Patients with Perioperative Period of Rectal Cancer and Colostomy

目的对直肠癌结肠造瘘口术患者围手术期护理中人文关怀护理模式实施的效果进行观察。方法选取2018年8月至2019年8月104例直肠癌结肠造瘘口围手术期患者,随机分为对照组(n=52,常规护理)与观察组(n=52,人文关怀护理模式),对比两组护理模式。结果护理后,观察组HAMA评分、HAMD评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组自我护理概念、护理知识、护理责任感及护理技能等自我护理能力指标评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为98.08%,高于对照组的82.69%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.067,P<0.05)。结论在直肠癌结肠造瘘口围手术期患者护理中实施人文关怀护理,对患者不良情绪有显著改善作用,可促使患者自我护理能力得到提升,护理质量较高。

Objective Observe the effect of the implementation of the humanistic care model in the perioperative nursing of patients with rectal cancer and colostomy.Methods From August 2018 to August 2019,104 patients with perioperative rectal cancer and colostomy were randomly divided into a control group(n=52,routine care)and an observation group(n=52,humanistic care mode),compare the two nursing modes.Results After nursing,the HAMA score and HAMD score of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);the self-care ability index,nursing knowledge,nursing responsibility and nursing skills of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05);the observation group comparison of nursing satisfaction was 98.08%,higher than the control group 82.69%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.067,P<0.05).Conclusion In the perioperative nursing of patients with rectal cancer and colostomy,the implementation of humanistic care has a significant improvement effect on the patients bad mood,which can promote the improvement of patients self-care ability,and the quality of care is high,which is worth promoting.
