围手术期护理对高龄股骨颈骨折患者行人工髋关节置换术的临床效果及预后评价

Perioperative Nursing of Elderly Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture Line of the Clinical Effect of Artificial Hip Arthroplasty,and the Evaluation of the Prognosis

目的探究高龄股骨颈骨折患者行人工髋关节置换术患者围手术期优质护理的干预效果。方法以2017年3月至2019年3月进行人工髋关节置换术的80例高龄股骨颈骨折患者为对象。随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组患者围手术期实施常规护理,研究组患者围手术期实施优质护理。对比两组护理效果。结果研究组术后髋关节恢复优良率于对照组相比明显较高,手术后髋关节脱位、切口感染、静脉血栓、压疮便秘与对照组相比较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围手术期优质护理对高龄股骨颈骨折患者术后康复具有正面影响,能够保证手术效果,预防并发症发生,促进髋关节功能恢复,该护理措施具有显著的临床价值。

Objective To explore the elderly patients with femoral tibial fold line of perioperative patients artificial with hip arthroplasty high-quality nursing intervention effect.Methods Targeted 80 elderly patients with femoral neck fractures who underwent artificial hip replacement from March 2017 to March 2019.Randomly divided into control group and study group.Patients in the control group received routine care during the perioperative period,and patients in the study group received high-quality nursing during the perioperative period.Compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results The study group after surgery in patients with hip recovery was significantly higher than in the control group,the hip dislocation,infection of incision,venous thrombosis after the operation,pressure ulcers,constipation,compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Elderly patients with hip fractures of femoral neck artificial replacement in the treatment of perioperative nursing can effectively promote the implementation of the high-quality nursing,promote the effect of surgical operation in treating patients with ascension,and can effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications patients,alleviate patients'pain,to achieve therapeutic effect,with high promotion and application value.
