全面护理在不稳定型心绞痛患者护理中的应用价值

Application Value of Comprehensive Nursing in Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的探讨全面护理在不稳定型心绞痛患者护理中的应用价值。方法选取我院2018年5月至2020年5月收治的80例患者按照入院顺序随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组均为40例;将用于对照组的患者采取常规护理干预,观察组患者采取全面护理干预模式,对比两组患者的护理前后的抑郁评分和焦虑评分,患者对疾病的认知程度,以及患者的护理满意度。结果观察组患者在经全面护理干预后,抑郁评分和焦虑评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者对疾病的认知程度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将全面护理干预模式应用于不稳定型心绞痛患者的护理中,能够有效改善患者的抑郁和焦虑情绪,促进患者的病情恢复并提升其生活质量。

Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing in patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods Eighty patients in our hospital from may 2018 to may 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group;the patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,the patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention.The depression score and anxiety score the cognition degree of the patients to the disease,the nursing satisfaction of patients,before and after nursing of the two groups were compared.Results After comprehensive nursing intervention,the depression score and anxiety score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the cognition degree of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention mode in the nursing of patients with unstable angina pectoris can effectively improve the depression and anxiety of patients,promote the recovery of patients'condition and improve their quality of life.
