优质护理在急性闭角型青光眼患者中的应用

Application of High-quality Nursing in Patients with Acute Angle-closure Glaucoma

目的探讨优质护理在急性闭角型青光眼患者中的临床疗效。方法纳入研究的40例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组20例患者实施眼科常规的临床护理措施,观察组20例患者在对照组的基础上实施优质护理干预,对实施护理干预后两组患者术后浅前房发生率、随访6个月高眼压发生率及护理满意度指标进行比较。结果观察组术后浅前房发生率5.00%,护理满意度评分(3.45±0.86)分;对照组术后浅前房发生率30.00%,护理满意度评分(2.80±1.03);两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者随访半年高眼压发生率略低于对照组,但组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论优质护理在急性闭角型青光眼患者中的应用效果较好,可以减少患者术后浅前房发生率,缩短病程,促进恢复,增加护理满意度。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of quality nursing for patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma.Methods Forty patients included in the study were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Twenty patients in the control group were treated with routine clinical nursing measures.Twenty patients in the observation group were treated with quality nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.After the implementation of nursing intervention,the incidence of shallow anterior chamber after operation,the incidence of high intraocular pressure during follow-up of 6 months,and the satisfaction index of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the incidence of shallow anterior chamber was 5.00%,the nursing satisfaction score was(3.45±0.86)points;the incidence of shallow anterior chamber in the control group was 30.00%,and the nursing satisfaction score was(2.80±1.03)points;comparison between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And the incidence of high intraocular pressure in the observation group was slightly lower than that of the control group,but there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing in patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma is better,which can reduce the incidence of shallow anterior chamber in patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma,shorten the course of disease and promote recovery,increase nursing satisfaction.
