舒适护理在老年哮喘护理中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Comfort Nursing in Elderly Patients with Asthma

目的剖析老年哮喘患者予以舒适护理的价值。方法76例老年哮喘患者经随机数字编号后,将38例奇数患者纳入对照组,开展临床基础护理;38例偶数患者编入观察组,在基础护理之上开展舒适护理。比较两组患者在生活质量及护理满意度方面的结果差异。结果观察组生活质量各维度评分(精神状态、生理情况、身体功能、活力状态、社会功能、总体健康)均高于对照组,有明显差异(P<0.05);观察组对护理干预的总满意度为94.74%,较对照组的76.32%更高(P<0.05)。结论对老年哮喘患者施行舒适护理干预的效果理想,值得临床推荐应用。

Objective To analyze the value of comfort nursing in elderly patients with asthma.Methods Seventy-six cases of elderly patients with asthma were randomly numbered,38 cases of odd patients were included in the control group to carry out clinical basic nursing;38 cases of even patients were included in the observation group to carry out comfort nursing on the basis of basic nursing.The differences of quality of life and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The scores of all dimensions of the quality of life of the observation group(mental state,physiological condition,physical function,vitality state,social function,overall health)were higher than those of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05);the observation group's overall satisfaction with nursing intervention It was 94.74%,which was higher than 76.32%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comfort nursing intervention on elderly patients with asthma is ideal,which is worthy of clinical recommendation application.
