早产儿喂养应用护理干预的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Nursing Intervention on Premature Infant Feeding

目的关于对早产儿喂养所配合的有效护理干预措施进行探究。方法选择2018年4月至2019年7月我院分娩的早产儿22例作为观察组,另外选择同期我院分娩的22例早产儿作为对照组,对两组早产儿进行喂养护理的过程中分别配合优质护理措施和常规护理措施进行干预性指导,评价不同护理所取得的效果。结果观察组早产儿的腹胀停止时间、呕吐停止时间、胃潴留停止时间以及体质量增加时间明显比对照组更短,组间均有统计学差异,P<0.05。结论临床对早产儿在进行喂养护理的过程中,通过优质的护理方案进行干预指导能够有效的缩短早产儿的腹胀停止时间、呕吐停止时间、胃潴留停止时间和体质量增加时间,确保早产儿的营养供给。

Objective To explore effective nursing interventions for feeding premature infants.Methods Twenty-two premature infants who had to give birth from April 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the observation group.In addition,22 preterm infants delivered in our hospital were selected as the control group.The feeding and nursing care of the two groups of premature infants were respectively Interventional guidance was conducted in conjunction with high-quality nursing measures and routine nursing measures to evaluate the effects of different care.Results After different nursing interventions,the bloating stop time,vomiting stop time,gastric retention stop time and the weight gain time of premature infants in this observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,there are statistical differences between groups,P<0.05.Conclusion In the process of feeding and nursing for premature infants,the intervention of high-quality nursing program can effectively shorten the bloating stop time,vomiting stop time,gastric retention stop time and weight gain time of premature infants to ensure the nutrition of premature infants.
