摘要
目的分析姑息护理对晚期恶性肿瘤患者生活质量产生的影响。方法选取我院(2017年8月至2018年8月)接收晚期恶性肿瘤患者90例为研究对象。研究中按照双盲分组法将患者分为对照组(n=45,接受常规护理方法)和观察组(n=45,接受姑息护)。对比不同护理措施的效果。结果对照组患者的护理满意度(80.00%)低于观察组(95.56%)(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者焦虑评分、抑郁评分、各项生活质量评分比较无差异(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者上述指标均改善,且观察组患者改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论为晚期恶性肿瘤患者提供姑息护理服务,可明显提高患者护理满意度,同时还能够调节患者的情绪状态,对提高患者生活质量具有显著的效果,可在晚期肿瘤患者中推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of palliative care on the quality of life of patients with advanced malignant tumors.Methods From August 2017 to August 2018,90 patients with advanced malignant tumors were admitted to our hospital.In the study,patients were divided into control group and observation group according to double-blind grouping method.There were 45 patients in each groups.Patients in the control group received routine care,while patients in the observation group received palliative care.The effect of different nursing measures was compared.Results According to statistics,the nursing satisfaction of patients in the control group was lower than that of the observation group,80.0%in the control group and 95.6%in the observation group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no difference in anxiety score,depression score,and quality of life score between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after nursing,the above indicators of the two groups of patients were improved,and the improvement effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing palliative care service for patients with advanced malignant tumors can significantly improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing care,at the same time,it can regulate the emotional state of patients,and has significant effect on improving the quality of life of patients.It can be popularized and applied in patients with advanced malignant tumors.
