综合护理干预对创伤性休克患者实施急诊护理的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Emergency Nursing of Patients with Severe Traumatic Shock

目的对严重创伤性休克患者的急诊护理中增加综合护理干预的临床效果观察。方法研究对象为80例于2019年1月1日至2020年9月30日在我院接受治疗的创伤性休克患者,以随机数字表法为分组依据分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。实施常规急诊护理的为对照组,实施综合护理干预急诊护理的为观察组。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组的总抢救时间、静脉通道建立时间以及药物应用时间、抽血送检时间、就诊到入院时间显著少于对照组(P<0.05);两组抢救成功率比较,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预对严重创伤性休克患者实施急诊护理,可有效提高患者对抢救满意度,缩短抢救时间,提高抢救成功率,且抢救期间的不良事件发生率显著降低。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in emergency nursing of patients with severe traumatic shock.Methods The subjects of the study were 80 patients with traumatic shock who were treated in our hospital from January 1,2019 to September 30,2020.Based on the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Those who performed routine emergency nursing were the control group,and those who performed comprehensive nursing intervention were the observation group.Compare the nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results The total rescue time,venous channel establishment time,drug application time,blood drawing time and time from medical examination to hospital admission were significantly less in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);comparison of the rescue success rate between the two groups was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention to implement emergency care for patients with severe traumatic shock can effectively improve patients'satisfaction with rescue,shorten rescue time,increase rescue success rate,and significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events during rescue.
