Objective To analyze and study the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on patients with acute cerebral infarction, and to summarize the significance of clinical nursing intervention. Methods Two hundred patients with acute cerebral infarction were taken as the research object, and they were divided into two groups by random grouping method. The control group and the treatment group were both 100 cases.Among them, the control group started rehabilitation nursing intervention on the seventh day of admission, while the patients in the treatment group were given rehabilitation nursing intervention within 24 hours of admission. The total effective rate of treatment of the two groups of patients was compared, and their neurological function scores were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of patients in the treatment group reached 96.00%,which was higher than that of patients in the control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of neurological deficits in the treatment group were 14 days and 18 days after treatment was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of early rehabilitation care for patients with acute cerebral infarction is significant, which can effectively improve the neurological function of patients and is a better intervention method.
