摘要
目的探讨慢性胃溃疡施行个性化饮食护理的价值及效果。方法选取我院2020年3月至2021年2月治疗的92例慢性胃溃疡患者为研究对象,随机数字编号,将46例奇数患者纳入对照组,开展临床常规护理;其他46例偶数患者编入观察组,基于对照组施行个性化饮食护理。比较两组患者在腹部疼痛、反酸及烧灼感等症状方面的消失时间,比较两组患者的生活质量情况。结果观察组在症状改善方面的情况优于对照组,且腹部疼痛、反酸及烧灼感的消失时间短于对照组,且生活质量各项评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性胃溃疡患者施行个性化饮食护理的价值理想,利于缓解不适症状和提升患者生活质量。
Objective To analyze the value and effect of personalized diet nursing for chronic gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 92 patients with chronic gastric ulcer treated in our hospital from March 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,random numbered,46 odd-numbered patients were included in the control group,and routine clinical care was carried out;the other 46 even-numbered patients were included in the observation group,personalized diet nursing based on the control group.Compare the disappearance time of the two groups of patients in terms of abdominal pain,acid reflux and burning sensation,and compare the quality of life of the two groups of patients.Results The symptom improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the disappearance time of abdominal pain,anti acid and burning sensation was shorter than that of the control group,and the scores of quality of life were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The value of personalized diet nursing for patients with chronic gastric ulcer is ideal,which is beneficial to alleviate the symptoms of discomfort and improve the quality of life of patients.
