小儿支气管肺炎应用优质护理的效果

Effect of High-quality Nursing in Children with Bronchopheumonia

目的分析优质护理在小儿支气管肺炎患儿护理过程中所起到的作用。方法选择本院2018年10月至2019年12月收治的200例小儿支气管肺炎患儿,对其临床资料展开回顾性分析。将患儿按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。两组患儿均采取相同的临床治疗措施,对照组行常规护理模式,观察组在常规护理措施的基础上应用优质护理干预模式。在护理过程结束后比较两组患儿的肺功能情况[用力肺活量(FVC)、最高呼气流速(PEF)与第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)]、生命体征指标情况(体温、肺炎外症状、咳嗽)。结果本次研究结果显示,在FVC、PEF、FEV1指标对比方面,观察组患儿均明显优于对照组患儿,数据具有统计学差异(P<0.05);在护理结束后的体温、肺炎外症状和咳嗽临床症状指标对比方面,观察组患儿均明显较对照组患儿有大幅度改善,数据具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论小儿支气管肺炎应用优质护理可以显著地改善患儿的肺功能状态,以此为基础促进临床疗效的提升,是一种安全且有效的护理干预措施。

Objective To analyze the role of high-quality nursing in the nursing process of children with bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 200 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to December 2019 were enrolled.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.The children were divided into observation group and control group according to the numerical random method,100 cases in each group.The same group of patients were treated with the same clinical treatment.The control group received the routine nursing mode.The observation group applied the high-quality nursing intervention model based on the routine nursing measures to focus on improving the clinical symptoms of the child.At the end of the nursing process,the lung function[forced vital capacity(FVC),peak expiratory flow(PEF)and forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)],vital signs indicators(body temperature,symptoms outside of pneumonia,cough)were compared as the basis for the clinical role of quality nursing.Results The results of this study showed that the children in the observation group were significantly better than the control group in terms of FVC,PEF,FEV1,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison of body temperature,extraneous pneumonia symptoms and clinical symptoms of cough after nursing,the observation group was significantly improved compared with the control group,and the data was statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing in children with bronchopneumonia can significantly improve the lung function status of children,and promote the clinical efficacy based on it.It is a safe and effective nursing intervention.
