基于微信的延续护理在宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术后放置曼月乐患者中的应用效果

Application of Continuous Nursing Based on Wechat in the Placement of Manyuele after Hysteroscopic Endometrial Polypectomy

目的探讨基于微信的延续护理在宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术后放置曼月乐患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2017年3月至2019年6月在我院行子宫内膜息肉切除术后放置曼月乐的80例患者的临床资料,根据护理方式不同,分为对照组(传统电话方式随访护理,40例)与观察组(基于微信的延续护理,40例)。干预2个月后,对比两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、健康行为量表(HPLP)评分、生活质量(QLQ-C30评分)。结果两组干预前SAS评分、HPLP评分、QLQ-C30各维度评分对比无差异(P>0.05);两组干预后SAS评分较干预前低,且观察组SAS评分较对照组低(P<0.05);两组干预后HPLP评分均高于干预前,且观察组HPLP评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后综合、环境、社会、心理、躯体均较干预前高,且观察组QLQ-C30各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于微信的延续护理在宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术后放置曼月乐患者中的应用效果显著,可有效缓解焦虑情绪,提高健康行为,改善其生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of wechat based continuous nursing in the placement of manyuele after hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 80 patients with menyuele after endometrial polypectomy in our hospital from March 2017 to June 2019.According to the different nursing methods,they were divided into control group(traditional telephone follow-up nursing,40 cases)and observation group(wechat based continuous nursing,40 cases).The scores of SAS,HPLP and QLQ-C30 scores were compared between the two groups and adverse reactions.Results The SAS scores,HPLP scores,and QLQ-C30 scores of the two groups before the intervention were compared,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05);the SAS scores of the two groups after the intervention were lower than before the intervention,and the SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the HPLP scores of the two groups after intervention were higher than those before the intervention,and the HPLP scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);social,psychological,and physical are all higher than before the intervention,and the QLQ-C30 scores of the observation group are higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing based on wechat has a significant effect in the treatment of patients after hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy,which can effectively relieve anxiety,improve health behavior.
