人性化管理模式在小儿内科病房护理管理中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Humanized Management mode in Nursing Management of Pediatric Internal Medicine Ward

目的探讨在小儿内科病房护理管理中应用人性化护理管理模式的效果,为患儿的康复治疗提供舒适的治疗环境。方法选取了2019年1月至2020年4月收治的小儿内科患儿作为研究的对象。通过回顾式分析对176例患儿采用数字随机分组法,以公平性开展为前提进行分组调查。对照组患儿采用常规护理措施,观察组则为人性化护理管理模式,分析护理成效。结果在护理质量考核来看,观察组护理人员在操作熟练度、病房清洁、护理责任心、护患沟通能力、紧急事件处理方面评分均高于对照组,组间对比差异有明显的统计学差异(P<0.05)。在护理满意度的调查上,观察组患儿家属的满意度为96.59%(85/88),明显优于对照组的86.36%(76/88),有明显的统计学差异(P<0.05)。在病房不良事件发生率的调查上,观察组发生率为2.27%(2/88),明显低于对照组的7.95%(7/88),有明显的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论采用人性化管理模式有利于小儿内科患儿的病情管理,有助于患儿生活质量的改善,提升家属对整体满意度。

Objective The experiment will apply the humanized management mode to the nursing management of pediatric internal medicine ward,further improve the satisfaction of patients'families,and provide a comfortable treatment environment for the rehabilitation treatment of children.Methods From January 2019 to April 2020,the patients in pediatric internal medicine were selected as the research objects.Through retrospective analysis,176 patients were randomly divided into groups and investigated on the premise of fairness.Routine nursing measures were adopted in the control group,and humanized management mode was adopted in the observation group.Results In terms of nursing quality assessment,the scores of nursing staff in the observation group in terms of operational proficiency,ward cleaning,nursing responsibility,nurse-patient communication ability,and emergency handling were higher than those of the control group,and there were significant statistical differences between the groups(P<0.05).In the nursing satisfaction survey,the satisfaction degree of the family members of the children in the observation group was 96.59%(85/88),which was significantly better than the control group's 86.36%(76/88),and there was a significant statistical difference(P<0.05).In the survey of the incidence of adverse events in the ward,the incidence of the observation group was 2.27%(2/88),which was significantly lower than the 7.95%(7/88)of the control group,and there was a significant statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of a humanized management model is conducive to the management of pediatric medical patients,helps improve the quality of life of children,and enhances the overall satisfaction of family members.
