中药及其单体治疗过敏性结膜炎的研究进展

Advances in research of Traditional Chinese Medicine and its monomers in treatment of allergic conjunctivitis

过敏性结膜炎(AC)是一种病因难以控制、容易反复发作、不易根治的免疫性疾病。通过检索近10年国内外关于中药复方及单体治疗AC的文献发现,研究较多的中药有祛风止痒类、清热类、祛风湿类及补虚类,其中以祛风止痒类中药单体研究最多。各类中药单体成分主要通过抑制AC大鼠嗜碱性白血病细胞(RBL-2H3)以及P815细胞的致敏脱颗粒反应,起到抗过敏的作用。文章就这几类中药的代表药物及单体成分对AC的治疗作用进行简单综述,拟为AC的研究及治疗提供新的参考和思路。

Allergic conjunctivitis(AC) is a kind of immune disease which is difficult to control, easy to recur, and tough to cure. In this paper, by searching the domestic and foreign literature on the treatment of AC with Traditional Chinese Medicine compound and monomers in the past ten years, we found that the most common Chinese herbs involved in these researches were wind-dispelling and itching-relieving herbs, heat-clearing herbs, wind-dampness-dispelling herbs and tonifying herbs, among which wind-dispelling and itching-relieving herbs were the most frequently studied ones. In this study, all kinds of Traditional Chinese Medicine monomers played an anti-allergic role by inhibiting the sensitization and degranulation of mast cells(RBL-2 H3) and P815 cells. In this paper, the representative drugs and monomers of these kinds of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the therapeutic effect of AC were briefly reviewed, to provide new reference and ideas for the research and treatment of AC.
