摘要
活塞式蓄能器是液压系统中常用的辅助元件。在液压系统中常用于减震或储能的作用。在实际应用中,活塞式蓄能器的油腔因为某种异常情况,出现了充油压力高,即活塞不能开启的情况,导致蓄能器功能失效。该文通过对故障产品进行了故障复现并技术分析,针对失效原因对产品进行了设计改进,有效地解决了不能开启的问题。
Piston accumulator is a common auxiliary component in hydraulic system.It is often used for shock absorption or energy storage in hydraulic system.In practical application,due to some abnormal conditions,the oil chamber of the piston accumulator has a high filling pressure,that is,the piston can not be opened,which leads to the failure of the accumulator function.In this paper,through the fault recurrence and technical analysis of the fault product,the design of the product is improved according to the failure reason,which effectively solves the problem that can not be opened.
