摘要 性能优异的实验装置是检验和研发机械密封的基础。结合机械密封实验标准,归纳总结了实验装置的各项功能要求与主要系统组成,分析了现有的端面温度、端面摩擦扭矩、端面膜厚、端面膜压的测量方法,指出了实验装置在测试技术、寿命预测、机械密封追随性上存在的问题,提出了今后一段时期实验装置测试技术、机械密封寿命预测与追随性理论研究和实验技术的努力方向。这对开发出性能优异、功能齐全的机械密封实验装置具有引导意义。 The experimental device with excellent performance is the basis for testing and developing mechanical seals.Combined with the testing standard of mechanical seals,the main components and functional requirements of the experimental device were summarized.The existing measurement methods of the end face temperatures,friction torques,film thickness and film pressures were analyzed.The problems around the testing technology,life prediction and mechanical seal follow-up of the testing device were pointed out.The research direction of testing technology,mechanical seal life prediction and follow-up theoretical research in the future was put forward.This has guiding significance for developing the mechanical seal experimental device with excellent performance and complete function.
