摘要
金属板料拉伸直至断裂的全程本构关系或真应力-塑性应变曲线对成形仿真具有重要的意义,由于传统单向拉伸试验获取的真应力-塑性应变曲线在颈缩后失真,所以对成形仿真具有不真实性。本文利用试验-有限元辅助方法,在ABAQUS中合理简化构建模型,基于DC04单向拉伸试验的真应力-塑性应变本构,引入Hill48各向异性屈服准则,采用动力显示算法对DC04进行准静态单向拉伸仿真,分析了准静态的合理性,两次迭代修正后的载荷-位移曲线与试验结果吻合,最终得到合理的DC04真应力-塑性应变本构,另对比分析了Mises屈服准则下的仿真结果,结果显示Hill48屈服准则符合性更好。
The whole constitutive relationship or true stress-plastic strain curve of sheet metal from stretching to fracture is of great significance to forming simulation.Since the true stress-plastic strain curve obtained by traditional single-tension test is distorted after single-tension necking,The forming simulation is unrealistic.In this paper,the combined experiment and finite element auxiliary method are used to reasonably simplify the construction model in ABAQUS.Based on the true stress-plastic strain constitutive of DC04 uniaxial tensile test,the Hill48 anisotropic yield criterion is introduced,and the dynamic display algorithm is used to perform quasi-static performance on DC04.The uniaxial tensile simulation analyzes the rationality of the quasi-static state.The load-displacement curve after second iterations is consistent with the test results,and finally a reasonable DC04 true stress-plastic strain constitutive is obtained.In addition,the Mises yield criterion is compared and analyzed.The simulation results show that the Hill48 yield criterion is more consistent.
