摘要
通过考察氯化法钛白粉脱氯工序中的双氧水加入量(脱氯程度)以及钛白粉初品浆料中氯气含量对钛白粉初品浆料在同一分散工艺下的分散性影响,认识了分散工序前端工序对分散工序的影响,并对前端工序提出了相关建议。
The influence of hydrogen peroxide dosage(dechlorination degree)in dechlorination process of titanium dioxide by chlorination method and chlorine content in titanium dioxide primary product slurry on the dispersion of titanium dioxide primary product slurry under the same dispersion process was investigated.The influence of front-end process of dispersion process on dispersion process was recognized,and relevant suggestions on front-end process were put forward.
