Logistics Cost Allocation and Logistics Strategy Selection under Hybrid Recycling Mode

在制造商和销售商混合回收的条件下,构建了物流外包逆向供应链模型(MTR模式)和物流自营逆向供应链模型(MR模式),研究了销售商承担物流费用分摊比例对企业决策和供应链系统稳定性的影响。研究表明,物流费用分摊比例仅仅影响MTR模式企业决策,并不会对MR模式企业决策产生影响。当销售商承担的物流费用比例较小时,制造商与销售商决策一致,均选择物流自营策略;当物流费用分摊比例逐渐增加时,制造商将倾向于物流外包策略,而销售商倾向于物流自营策略,二者决策出现不一致,供应链系统不稳定;当物流费用分摊比例较大时,制造商和销售商均倾向于物流外包策略,供应链系统处于稳定状态。

Considering the situation of hybrid recycling by manufacturer and retailer,building a logistics outsourcing reverse supply chain model(MTR model)and a logistics self-operated reverse supply chain model(MR model),the impact of the proportion of logistics costs shared by seller on corporate decision-making and the stability of the supply chain system was analyzed.The research shows that the logistics cost sharing proportion only affects the decision-making in the MTR mode.When the proportion of the logistics cost shared by the seller is small,the decision of manufacturers and retailers tends to be the same,which is to choose the strategy of logistics self-supporting.When the proportion of the logistics cost sharing gradually increases,the manufacturers will tend to choose the strategy of logistics outsourcing,while the retailers will tend to choose the strategy of logistics selfoperating,the decision of manufacturers and sellers are different,it makes the supply chain system unstable.When the proportion of the logistics cost sharing is large,both manufacturers and retailers prefer the strategy of logistics outsourcing,supply chain system is stable.
