分布式输送机电液伺服系统复合控制方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 分布式输送机电液伺服系统是输送机集成机械系统的重要组成部分,针对电液伺服系统在复杂多变工况下输送机稳定性下降的问题,在分布式输送机电液伺服系统数学模型基础上,设计输送机电液伺服系统观测器,提出了融合输送机多节点耦合信息的复合控制策略,在AMESim和MATLAB联合建模仿真平台上构建了控制策略模型,对高速制动和频繁启停工况进行仿真试验。试验结果表明,所设计的复合控制策略能够有效地抑制电液伺服系统的不稳定性,从而保证输送机的安全稳定运行。 The electro-hydraulic servo system of distributed conveyor is an important part of the integrated mechanical system of the conveyor.Aiming at the problem of the stability decline of the electro-hydraulic servo system under complex and changeable working conditions,the observer of the electro-hydraulic servo system is designed on the basis of the mathematical model of the electro-hydraulic servo for system distributed conveyor,and a compound control system integrating the multi node coupling information of the conveyor is proposed,The control strategy model is built on the AMESim and MATLAB modeling and simulation platform,The high-speed braking and frequent start-up and stop conditions are simulated.The test results show that the designed composite control strategy can effectively suppress the instability of the electro-hydraulic servo system,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the conveyor.
