摘要 为了使智能小区停车场中电动汽车充电设施达到高效合理分配,在确保小区居民正常安全用电的同时,找到一种更合理的电动汽车有序充电方案。提出了基于优劣解距离法的电动汽车分时段分电价有序充电优化策略,根据居民日常出行规律及充电需求建立数学模型,并从充电成本、充电完成满意程度、等待充电时间角度综合考虑,将策略分为4种情况讨论,并通过仿真对比分析,其中针对峰时段不允许充电进行改进,引入一个限制电量。结果表明,在保证同等充电完成率和平均等待时间的条件下,该方法有效降低了智能小区负荷标准差,确保系统平稳安全运行。 To achieve efficient and reasonable distribution of electric vehicle charging facilities in the parking lot of an intelligent community,a more reasonable orderly charging scheme of electric vehicles is found while ensuring the normal and safe power consumption of residents in the community.In this paper,an optimal strategy of electric vehicle charging in time and price based on the distance method of superior and inferior solution is proposed.The mathematical model was established according to residents′daily travel rules and charging demands.The strategy is divided into four situations from the perspective of charging cost,charging completion satisfaction,and waiting time for charging.The simulation results show that charging is not allowed during peak hours To introduce a power limit.The results show that under the same charging completion rate and the average waiting time,this method can effectively reduce the load standard deviation of intelligent community,and ensure the stable and safe operation of the system.
