镍精矿干燥尾气脱硫塔的改进与应用

摘要 介绍了金川集团股份有限公司镍冶炼厂利用镍电解余氯吸收系统产生的外排碱性废水作为脱硫剂,处理低浓度二氧化硫烟气的情况。通过对脱硫塔进一步创新和改进,即在塔体中上部增加喷淋、气液分离和接液装置,塔外设一体外碱液循环槽,形成独立循环系统,达到了一塔二用的目的,可用碱性废水独立吸收烟气,也可用碱液独立吸收烟气,还可用碱性废水和碱液联合吸收烟气。当二氧化硫的浓度较低时,用碱性废水对尾气进行吸收,尾气即可达标;当二氧化硫浓度较高时,可补充碱液保证尾气达标。 The treatment of low-concentration sulfur dioxide flue gas using the discharged alkaline wastewater produced by the nickel electrolytic residual chlorine absorption system as a desulfurizer in Nickel Smelter,Jinchuan Group Co.,Ltd.is introduced.Through further research,innovation and improvement of the desulfurization tower,that is,spray,gas-liquid separation and liquid receiving devices are added in the middle and upper part of the tower,and an integrated external alkali liquor circulation tank is set outside the tower to form an independent circulation system,so as to achieve the purpose of one tower with two uses.Flue gas can be absorbed independently by alkaline wastewater,or by alkali liquor,or by alkaline wastewater and alkali liquor.When the concentration of sulfur dioxide is low,alkaline wastewater is used to absorb the tail gas,and the tail gas can reach the standard.When the concentration of sulfur dioxide is high,part of liquid alkali can be added to ensure that the tail gas reaches the standard.
