摘要 襄阳泽东化工集团有限公司循环水排污水及软化水站浓水硬度较高,回用对管道和设备造成结垢。利用合成氨工序产生的含二氧化碳废气对高硬度废水进行降硬度处理,处理后废水硬度(以CaCO_(3)计)低于200 mg/L,达到回用水标准,回用于生产系统。整套废水处理系统自动化程度高、操作易控制、运行稳定,实现了碳减排和废水的资源化利用。 The hardness of circulating waste water and concentrated water of the soft water station is high in Xiangyang Zedong Chemical Industry Group Co.,Ltd.,which causes scaling to the pipeline and equipment in the recycling process.The waste gas containing carbon dioxide produced in the synthetic ammonia process is used to remove the hardness of the high hardness wastewater.The hardness of the treated wastewater is lower than 200 mg/L,which reaches the reuse standard and is reused in the production system.The whole set of sewage treatment system has high degree of automation,easy operation and stable operation,which realizes carbon emission reduction and waste water resource utilization.
