摘要
农药残留快速检测技术对食品安全和国民健康意义重大。生物传感器由于具有特异性强、灵敏度高、测定成本低等特点,近年来已广泛应用于食品安全快速检测领域。本文介绍了生物传感器的定义、原理及分类,描述了不同种类的生物传感器在农药残留检测方面的应用,并对其目前存在的问题和未来发展的方向进行了探讨。
The rapid pesticide residue detection technology was of great significance to food safety and national health.Biosensors have been widely used in the field of rapid food safety testing in recent years due to their strong specificity,high sensitivity and low determination cost.This article briefly introduced the definition,principle and classification of biosensors,and described the application of different types of biosensors in pesticide residue detection,and discussed the existing problems and future development.
