摘要 近年来,在我国持续深入推进公立医院绩效考核工作背景下,公立医院内部绩效管理工作面临着一系列压力和挑战。通过分析公立医院在绩效考核背景下内部绩效管理现状,提出以月度、年度为考核周期,实施内部绩效考核分配工作。通过深入思考公立医院绩效考核如何科学转换为内部绩效管理,重点探索了岗位价值综合目标绩效、工作量绩效、成本效益绩效等问题,继而提出优化内部绩效管理,将外部考核政策传导至医院内部,持续提升医院整体绩效考核成绩以及内部运营管理水平的思路。 With continuous and in-depth promotion of public hospital performance appraisal in recent years,the internal performance management of public hospitals is facing a series of pressures and challenges.By analyzing the status quo of internal performance management in public hospitals,the authors proposed that internal performance appraisal should be made on a monthly and annual basis.Through in-depth consideration about how public hospital performance appraisal can be scientifically transformed into internal performance management,this article focuses on exploring the comprehensive performance evaluation of position value,workload,cost-effectiveness and other issues,and proposed that internal performance management should be optimized,introducing external assessment policies into the hospital,and continuously improving the overall performance appraisal results,and internal operation and management.
