国内临床实验室质量管理研究现状分析

Status quo of research on quality management of clinical laboratories

目的整理临床实验室质量管理相关文献,分析目前我国临床实验室质量管理现状,为进一步开展临床实验室质量管理研究提供借鉴和参考。方法运用文献计量分析法,以中国知网(CNKI)和万方数据库为检索对象,以临床实验室管理并含质量管理为检索主题,检索得到2000-2020年间的有效文献73篇,再结合描述性分析法对文献进行计量分析。结果自2000年以来,我国发表临床实验室质量管理方面的文献总体偏少;全国20余个省、市开展了临床实验室质量管理的研究,总体来看,发表文章区域多集中于发达地区;文献研究内容主要以理论内容为研究方向;我国临床实验室质量管理还存在不足。结论文献研究内容反映出政府对实验室质量管理的重视程度;地区经济状况是实验室质量管理水平的重要影响因素;临床实验室质量管理研究内容反映了我国实验室质量管理现状。

Objective To review the literature on clinical laboratory quality management(CLQM),analyze the current status of CLQM in order to provide reference for further research on CLQM.Methods By the bibliometric analysis method,we searched the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Wanfang database using the clinical laboratory management including quality management as the search subjects.A total of 73 articles from 2000 to 2020 were retrieved and descriptive analysis was used for quantitative analysis.Results The number of papers on CLQM published in China since 2000 was low;more than 20 provinces and cities across the country have carried out CLQM research,but the area was concentrated in developed regions;and theoretical research was predominant.CLQM in China should be further improved.Conclusion The research content of the literature reflects the government's emphasis on laboratory quality management;the regional economic situation is an important factor influencing the level of laboratory quality management;and the content of CLQM research reflects the current status of laboratory quality management in China.
