我院自主研发的手机应用程序在医生与患者中的使用情况调查分析

Use of a self-developed mobile APP among doctors and patients in our hospital

目的研究医生使用河南省医(医护版)APP的情况,调查患者使用河南省医(患者版)APP情况及认知度。方法调取2018年7月1日至2020年8月31日的河南省医(医护版)APP数据,探讨医生在临床实践中使用该APP的情况。对住院患者发放调查问卷,了解患者使用河南省医(患者版)APP情况。结果共有1417名医生注册登记河南省医(医护版)APP,主治医师占比最多,其中941名医生完成了有效在线咨询。在线有效咨询患者470395人次。同时,收取完整有效的127份患者调查问卷中,使用患者版APP的占47.24%;二次以上入院患者使用率高于首次入院患者使用率;小学学历患者使用次数最多,为(2.52±2.04)次,中学学历患者(1.98±1.93)次,大专以上学历(1.82±1.33)次;84.25%的患者使用患者版APP来辅助就医。结论河南省医APP是医生与患者交流的有效网络工具之一,方便快捷,但患者版普及率尚有待进一步提高。

Objective To investigate the use of“Henan Provincial Hospital”(staff version)APP by doctors and the use and awareness of“Henan Provincial Hospital”(patient version)APP by patients.Methods The data of“Henan Provincial Hospital”(staff version)APP from July 1,2018 to August 31,2020 were retrieved to explore the use of the APP by physicians in clinical practice.Questionnaire forms were distributed to inpatients to learn about their use of the“Henan Provincial Hospital”(patient version)APP.Results A total of 1417 doctors(mainly attending physicians)registered for the“Henan Provincial Hospital”(staff version)APP,941 of whom offered 470,395 effective online consultations.As shown in 127 complete and effective questionnaire forms collected,47.24%of the respondents had used the patient version APP;patients who had been admitted twice or more had higher usage rate of the APP than those who were admitted for the first time;patients with an education background of elementary school used this APP more frequently(2.52±2.04 times),followed by those with an education level of middle school(1.98±1.93 times)and junior college or above(1.82±1.33 times).Up to 84.25%of the respondents used the patient version APP to assist in seeking medical treatment.Conclusions The“Henan Provincial Hospital”APP is one of the effective online tools for doctors to communicate with patients in a convenient and fast way.The popularizing rate of the patient version needs to be further improved.
