摘要
加氢燃烧器作为尾气处理单元关键设备,若出现外壳局部超温情况,将对装置安全运行造成极大影响。文章在确定外壳超温直接原因基础上,从燃烧室配风比和降温蒸汽流量两个方面来探讨燃烧室温度偏高对加氢燃烧器外壳超温的影响,找到了合适的配风比和降温蒸汽流量值。
Hydrogenation burner is the key equipment of tail gas treatment unit.If local over temperature occurs on the shell,it will influence the safe operation of the device greatly.After determining the direct causes of the over temperature of the shell,this paper discusses the influence of higher temperature of the combustion chamber on the over temperature of hydrogenation burner shell from two aspects covering air distribution ratio of the combustion chamber and cooling steam flow value.
