江西省民办高等教育现状分析与发展探讨

Current Situation Analysis and Development of Private Higher Education in Jiangxi Province

目前,江西省民办高等教育不同程度地存在办学机制不顺畅、办学经费比较紧张、办学行为不规范等问题。为促进江西省民办高等教育持续健康发展,在外部政策上需要进一步完善体制机制,国家进一步加大扶持力度,政府进一步加强管理,在内部政策中需要进一步理顺董事会、党委、行政三者的关系,加强党建工作。尤其是应着力解决教师待遇、招生计划分配、治校能力提高等影响民办高校内涵式发展的瓶颈问题。

At present,there exist some problems to varying degrees in private higher education in Jiangxi province,for example,the school running mechanism is not smooth,the fund for school running is in shortage,or the school running behavior is not standard etc.In order to promote the consistent and healthy development of private higher education in Jiangxi province,it is necessary to improve the system and mechanism in external policy,the country should further strengthen its support,and the government should further strengthen the management;in internal policy it is necessary to further rationalize the relationship among the board of directors,the party committee,and the administration,and to strengthen the work of party building.Especially,we should make efforts to solve the bottle-neck problems that affect the connotation development of private universities,for example,the treatment of teachers,the allocation of enrollment plan,and the improvement of school management ability etc.
