丁酸钠替代药物对肉鸡生长性能、免疫反应及组织器官重量的影响 被引量:11

摘要 文章旨在评估日粮添加不同水平的丁酸钠替代药物对1~42 d肉鸡生长性能、免疫反应及组织器官相对重量的影响。试验将平均初始体重为(53.05±0.76)g的600只1日龄商品肉仔鸡随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复30只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,药物组在基础日粮中添加25 mg/kg抗菌肽,其他两组分别在基础日粮中添加5和10 mg/kg丁酸钠。结果:与对照组相比,0.5%丁酸钠组42 d肉鸡体重和22~42 d平均日增重分别显著提高2.80%和4.07%(P<0.05)。但0.5%丁酸钠组22~42 d和1~42 d料重比较对照组和药物组分别显著降低5.78%、6.86%和3.85%、5.06%(P<0.05)。0.5%和1.0%丁酸钠组42 d肉鸡新城疫和绵羊红细胞抗体滴度显著高于对照组和药物组(P<0.05)。0.5%和1%丁酸钠组21 d肉鸡法氏囊和胸腺相对重量及42 d肉鸡脾脏和胸腺相对重量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在本研究条件下,日粮添加丁酸钠可以提高42 d肉鸡新城疫和绵羊红细胞抗体滴度,改善免疫器官相对重量,其中丁酸钠添加水平为0.5%时可以显著改善1~42 d肉鸡的饲料效率。 This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of different levels of sodium butyrate substitutes on growth performance,immune response and relative tissue and organ weight of broilers at 1~42 days.A total of 6001 d commercial broilers with an average initial body weight of(53.05±0.76)g were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates per group and 30 broilers per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,the drug group was fed the basal diet supplemented with 25 mg/kg antimicrobial peptide,and the other two groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 5 and 10 mg/kg sodium butyrate,respectively.Results:Compared with control group,body weight and average daily gain of broilers on 42 days and 22~42 days in 0.5%sodium butyrate group were significantly increased by 2.80%and 4.07%(P<0.05),respectively.However,feed/gain in 0.5%sodium butyrate group was significantly decreased by 5.78%and 6.86%during 22~42 days and 3.85%and 5.06%during 1~42 days compared with that in control group and drug group,respectively(P<0.05).The antibody titers of chicken new city disease and sheep erythrocyte in 0.5%and 1.0%sodium butyrate groups on 42 days were significantly higher than those in control group and drug group(P<0.05).The relative weight of bursa and thymus of broilers in 0.5%and 1%sodium butyrate groups at 21 d and the relative weight of spleen and thymus of broilers at 42 d were significantly higher than those in control group and drug group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Under the conditions of this study,dietary sodium butyrate supplementation can increase erythrocyte antibody titers of broilers and sheep on 42 days,and improve the relative weight of immune organs,and 0.5%sodium butyrate supplementation can significantly improve the feed efficiency of broilers on 1~42 days.
