摘要
为减少用钢量,降低项目成本,对管桁架结构与尺寸进行优化。以贵州国际山地旅游联盟总部大楼的钢结构为研究对象,根据钢结构管桁架特点,对管桁架进行受力分析,以强度约束、稳定性约束与尺寸约束为条件,以管桁架体积为目标函数建立数学模型,运用MATLAB优化模块编写相应m文件,对管桁架数学模型进行求解。优化结果表明:管桁架平均直径为140 mm、竖直高度为591.8774 mm时,用钢量最小。
In order to reduce steel consumption and project cost,the structure and size of pipe truss are optimized.Taking the steel structure of the headquarters building of Guizhou International Mountain Tourism Alliance as the research object,according to the characteristics of the steel structure pipe truss,the stress analysis of the pipe truss is carried out.The mathematical model is established under the conditions of strength constraint,stability constraint and size constraint,and the volume of the pipe truss is taken as the objective function.The corresponding M file is written by MATLAB optimization module to solve the mathematical model of the pipe truss.The optimization results show that when the average diameter of the pipe truss is 140mm and the vertical height is 591.8774mm,the steel consumption is the smallest.
