大型浮选机叶轮的焊接结构设计研究及工艺制作

摘要 采用理论结合实际的方法,验证叶轮铸改钢后叶片焊接结构设计的合理性。叶片采用蒙板、支撑筋及加强腹板的结构设计比采用蒙板及支撑筋的组合结构设计的刚性和稳定性要优,叶片的根部复合应力减小了199.2 MPa,变形量减小了4.52 mm。合理的焊接工艺有效地保证了叶片的焊接角度,降低了叶片根部应力分布,提高了蒙板抗变形能力,减少了蒙板在工作过程中的震动,保证了叶轮技术参数要求。 In this paper,the method of combining theory with practice is used to verify the rationality of the welding structure design of the blade after the impeller is cast to steel.The structural design o£the blade using mask,supporting ribs and strengthening webs is better than the combined structure design of mask and supporting ribs in terms of rigidity and stability.The composite stress at the root of the blade is reduced!by 199.2MPa,and the amount of deformation is reduced by 4.52.mm.The reasonable welding process effectively guarantees the welding angle of the blade,reduces the stress distribution at the root of the blade,improves the anti-deformation ability of the mask,reduces the vibration of the mask during the working process,and ensures the technical parameter requirements of the impeller.
