摘要
为有效评定P2离合器摩擦片的整车搭载耐久性能,特设计试验台架和试验方法测定摩擦片的磨损率,用台架试验评价摩擦片的整车耐久性能。在试验台架上模拟整车的滑摩启动扭矩、实际启动转速及实际系统温度,编辑自动控制程序实现摩擦片滑摩启动耐久试验,高频采集相关数据计算滑摩启动的滑摩能量。以滑摩能量为标准测量摩擦片的磨损量,计算摩擦片在整车实际滑摩工况应用下的磨损率,判断该款摩擦片是否可以满足整车实际的滑摩启动需求。
In order to effectively evaluate the vehicle carrying durability of P2 clutch friction plate,the test bench and test method are designed to measure the wear rate of friction plate,and the vehicle carrying durability of friction plate is evaluated by bench test.The starting torque,the actual starting speed and the actual system temperature of the whole vehicle are simulated on the test bench.The automatic control program is edited to realize the durability test of friction plate starting.The relevant data are collected at high frequency to calculate the starting energy.The friction energy is used as the standard to measure the wear amount of the friction plate,and the wear rate of the friction plate under the actual sliding condition of the whole vehicle is calculated to judge whether the friction plate can meet the actual sliding start requirements of the whole vehicle.
